Process and Start-up Engineer ( Asia Pacific)

Job vacancy: Process and Start-up Engineer ( Asia Pacific)
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for discipline-related bid evaluation, preparation and planning for EPC execution.
· Responsible for identifying, mitigating and managing areas of risk within the EPCI contract, particularly in the areas of hydrocarbon processing, and facility start-up and operations.
· Review, monitor and be responsible ensuring FEC's compliance with approved schedule, processes, plans and procedures.
· Ensure FEC compliance with all discipline-related technical requirements.
· Review, monitor and be responsible ensuring component and packaged equipment vendors' compliance with the Project technical requirements and with approved schedule, processes, plans and procedures. Position may require travel to vendor locations worldwide.
· Interface and coordinate with multi-discipline, multi-system engineering and inspection teams both on-site and at vendor facilities throughout the Project execution.
· Interface and coordinate with the other Project teams (such as Operations, HES, Drilling, Subsea, Interface Management) throughout the Project execution.
· Coordinate subsea tie-back activities for interacting process system/subsea interfaces.

Requirements:
· Bachelors degree or higher in mechanical or process engineering.
· Minimum 20 years in offshore oil and gas facility design, fabrication, integration, precommissioning, installation and HUC, with particular emphasis on hydrocarbon processing, and facility start-up and operations.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven ability to manage and coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines and between EPCI contractors and their subcontractors and vendors.
· Extensive previous experience in Nigeria/Mid-Africa deepwater projects.
· Previous FPSO experience.
· Previous Subsea tieback experience.
