Work with autonomy while working as a member of various teams;
A personality with the ability to adapt, adjust and blend into a multitude of personalities is highly required;
Good and effective communication skills and can communicate with a culturally diverse work force;
Incumbent will be expected to communicate with his/her regional counterparts as well as with the head quarters;
Highest level of professional and personal integrity;
Fluent in English (oral & written); and
Independent, decisive and is self-driven.
