GS6: Technologists - Process Control & Optimisation
Responsibilities:
• Delivering control services to our customers in excellent quality, fit for purpose solutions, technical excellence with high level customer satisfaction.
• The nature of services comprises of troubleshooting, start-up support, control audit on site, review/ design control scheme, implement controllers, post implementation reviews.
• Provides support to staffs on site and troubleshooting problems related to process control ie coordination between departments or service managers.
• Strive to create new business opportunities, commercial offers and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
• Act as activity leader for studies and implementation projects.
• Contribute to the direction of the R&D programme.
• Lecturer or organiser of control training/ workshops if requested.

Requirements:
• You must have at least Bachelors Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Candidates with PhD/ MEng/ MChem will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• If you have more than 10 years of experience with strong leadership skills, it will be positively considered.
• You must have working experience with refinery, EP facility, gas plant or chemical site with an established track record in process control.
• Experiences gained in a commercial environment will be positively considered.
• Regional travelling may be required.
• Strong communicator with acute business acumen.
• Excellent team player.
