Requirements:
Male/female max 40 years old
University graduated majoring in psychology, management or law.
Working experience min 10 years in human resources preferably in oil and petrochemical company
Familiar with law, labor regulation and man power outsourcing is must
Able to operate computer
Experience in payroll system and tax regulation
Understand and proven abilities of industrial relationship, man power development, organization development.
Familiar with performance and career management system
Familiar with TQM, QC Circle, and Change Management
Self motivated
Have good analytical skill, fast learner.
Proficiency in English both oral and written
Good manner of attitude
Have strong personality, tough, strict and energies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Able to handle personal administration
Able to work under pressure and deadlines
Able to work as team
Strong leadership
Proven abilities in using multiple assessment approach
Proven abilities in handling competency based human resources assessment
Willing to be located in East Java
