Operation Manager

Qualifications :
·S1 Degree in Mining Engineering
·10 years experience in Opencut Coal Operations Management and Projects
·Able to review the operational organization
·Able to identify and develop all operational procedures and all training required
·Responsible in design and construction
·Responsible to manage the process for tender, contract and mobilization of Mining Contractor
·Good communication in both written and spoken English
·Good interpersonal and organizational skills
·Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
·Computer literate (MS Office)
·Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
