Summary of Role
To manage project contract and procurement activities

Responsibility
• Responsible for managing procurement and contracts management team
• Responsible for the development of Project procurement and contracting strategy
• Advise Client as prequalification of Vendors and Contractors and endorsement of critical equipment vendor list
• Responsible for leading procurement, procurement inspection and expediting team for procurement of long lead items
• Responsible for developing Contractor evaluation criteria in conjunction with Client
• Responsible for assistance in technical and commercial evaluation of Vendors’ and Contractor tenders
• Responsible for advising Client for contract negotiation of EPCC works contracts
• Responsible for management of Vendor inspection, expediting, shipping agency, material control activities and vendor documentation including preparing of Master List.
• Responsible for overseeing Contractor’s procurement activities
• Responsible for logistics co-ordination (material and equipment importation)

Requirement:
• Male / Female
• Min S1 Degree in Engineering or Business from reputable University
• Have at least 8-10 years of experience in related function within oil and gas environmental preferably an exposure with gas booster / compressor operation
• Good spoken and written in English
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Has been assigned as Procurement Manager at least 1 for previous Oil and Gas EPCC project
