Our client is a world class and highly reputable provider in engineering design, procurement, construction within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. With their continued growth and successful expansion into the Asia Pacific regions, they seek dynamic and competent professional Commissioning Engineering Candidate to join their Project Team.

Responsibilities:
• As Commissioning Engineer, your responsibilities will take you from initial formulating/implementation of all pre-commissioning & commissioning plans to acting as liaison with the contractors/suppliers in handling all activities including procedure writing up, documentation submission etc. You will handle all functions (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation) of commissioning. Your experience would have seen you responsible for supervision and training of staff and subcontractors for functional loop checks, vendor coordination & supervision for start-up, pre-commissioning and commissioning activity, steam blowing, chemical cleaning, vendor classroom & field training, lubrication & preventative maintenance, motor run-ins and dynamic testing prior to client commissioning activities etc.
Requirements:
• Candidates will ideally possess Degree or Diploma level Qualifications in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering or equivalence. We seek around 5 years professional experience in executing pre-commissioning & commissioning activities for Oil & Gas projects, preferably in an Oil Terminal. Knowledge and understanding of PFD's and P&ID's is desirable. You should have commissioned Pipings, Storage Tanks, Marine Loading, etc. Your career will also have seen you work for EPC turnkey contractors where you have developed an eye for effective and efficient Commissioning engineering Practices. With your experience and knowledge in this industry, you will easily build credibility with your team and other working affiliates.
