Integrated Social Programs (ISP) Performance Manager

BP is Indonesia's largest offshore oil and gas operator and already the main natural gas supplier to its domestic market. The Tangguh LNG
Project is a major BP initiative and as Asia Pacific LNG is a key development within the 5 Major New Profit Centers in BP's growth
strategy. The development is one of the most complex projects in BP's portfolio and presents both technical and socio-environmental challenges.

Objectives:
To manage the performance of the Tangguh Integrated Social Programs (ISP) team within the Tangguh LNG development.
To implement monthly reporting on ISP on financials and non-financials.
To identify gaps in performance and risks to delivery and communicated these to the VP ISP.

This position has functional responsibility to Tangguh Project Services Manager for cost and schedule deliverables management and assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide consistent, accurate and timely management information (Financial and Non-Financial) , KPI's and forecasts on a monthly basis,
working closely with the Tangguh PU Controller and Functional Controller. These reports need to cater to the information
requirements of the Tangguh Cost Control and ISP Leadership team. This also includes preparing ISP external reports to BPMIGAS and Partner.
Ensure the Effective Financial Control over ISP contracting and invoicing processes.
Provide support to VP ISP in preparing the ISP performance contract and report actual performance against the performance contract on a
regular basis.
Managing the ISP Annual Plan processes and provide support to VP ISP in preparing the annual and 5 years Plan.
Ensure AMDAL (ESIA) and UPKL-UPL Report submitted every semester and Monitoring and Evaluation on AMDAL. social report.
Develop and maximize use the web-based ISP Information System for sharing and exchanging data and information within ISP Department.
Manage internal relations with Tangguh Project Support Services, FC&A and PSCM.
Manage ISP WP&B and AFE approval process and the AFE close-out with BPMIGAS.
Provide support on the development of ISP Risk Management through on-going risk identification, developing and monitoring the mitigation
actions plan.
Provide support for Development of appropriate ISP Contracts, Agreements and MoUs with selected implementing partners and ensure
that the Contracts/Agreement s/MoUs are in compliance with BPMIGAS and bp supply chain regulations.
Manage External relations ISP with implementing Partners and services providers such as Universities, NGOs and Contractors.
Provide support in setting up the Monitoring and Evaluation of ISP Programs Implementation and ISP commitment.

Experience:
Has an experience in project control type activities especially with oil and gas project and community development programs.

Requirements:
Minimum bachelor degree from reputable University.
A minimum of five years of experience in managing a multi-faceted workforce in challenging environments with emphasize on logistical
support, aviation and marine operations.
A good command of both oral and written English is essential.
Willing to work in remote locations.
Strong team player and self motivated.
Proven tract records of HSE performance and good Safety practices.
