Supply & Distribution is at the heart of Shell’s Downstream business. We have the primary responsibility of managing the physical supply chain, which deals with the selection and acquisition of crude and feedstock for our refineries in Asia and Oceania right through to the delivery of products to our customers. Our goal is to deliver the right product to the right place on time and maximize the overall margin potential across the different lines of business.

Job position: Supply - Enterprise First Manager (Singapore - Shell House,UE Square,Central)

Supply & Distribution is at the heart of Shell’s Downstream business. Our goal is to deliver the right product to the right place on time and maximise the overall margin potential across the different lines of business

Responsibilities:
Owns & drives the Global processes for Supply’s business.
Manages the Enterprise First teams across all Business Units within Supply to identify and action plans to increase quality of supply to customers and increasing Downstream’s Operating cash generation
Responsible for completing the Singapore operating plan and handing it over to operations.
Responsible for forecasting and setting the Singapore supply plan.
Responsible for ensuring availability of all relevant information in a transparent and timely manner
Manages the exposure and risk management process including policy compliance
Directs supply strategies so that inventory targets and primary distribution cost targets are met.
Responsible for ensuring all enterprise first decisions are recorded properly and that failure to agree situations are minimised and immediately raised to a higher level for resolution.
Responsible for managing buy sell, exchange, borrow loan and other supply contracts.
Manages the Joint-Venture interfaces between Shell and the JV partner.
Responsible for ensuring that appropriate actions are initiated by business development or project personnel to tackle tactical issues raised through the Standard Operating processes.
Responsible for ensuring appropriate economic information is made available to the Crisis Team Leader in the event such a crisis occurs.
Owns and drives Shell business initiatives and processes.
Manages all Transfer Pricing and inter-company transfer mechanisms
This position will also own and set Singapore Posting Prices and also to trade Sulphur for Bukom
You will supervise Sulphur/ local JetA1 operations and manage local barge and shipping contracts

Requirements:
Your must have at least 7 years of working experience
You must have a Degree in relevant discipline.
You must demonstrate extensive knowledge of Supply chain systems and economics - knowledge with oil movements will be positively considered.
You should possess strong business acumen, commercial knowledge and negotiation capability
You must have proven knowledge in identifying process improvements and driving change in the organisation
External and internal relationship skills across multiple interfaces and businesses
Process management/leadership capability
Strong information analysis and solution development capability
Teamworking
