Company Description

The International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank, has established the Program for Eastern Indonesia SME Assistance (PENSA). PENSA has offices in Denpasar, Jakarta, Surabaya, Balikpapan, and Makassar. PENSA will provide technical assistance to support the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) in Eastern Indonesia.

IFC-PENSA’s Oil, Gas and Mining Linkages program is inviting motivated and qualified candidates to fill the following position (Balikpapan or Jakarta based).

Oil/Gas/Mining Policy Analyst

Essential qualifications/ experience:
1. Bachelor degree, preferably Master degree in business, management, or social sciences
2. Prefer direct experience in oil, gas, or mining industry
3. Prefer experience in oil/gas/mining policy and government related issues
4. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
5. Self-starter; methodical/logical thinker; strong conceptual and analytical skills
