Supply & Distribution is at the heart of Shell’s Downstream business. We have the primary responsibility of managing the physical supply chain, which deals with the selection and acquisition of crude and feedstock for our refineries in Asia and Oceania right through to the delivery of products to our customers. Our goal is to deliver the right product to the right place on time and maximize the overall margin potential across the different lines of business.

Job position: Supply - Project Manager (Singapore - Shell House,UE Square,Central)

Our goal is to deliver the right product to the right place on time and maximize the overall margin potential across the different lines of business.

Responsibilities:
Understand and challenge refinery capabilities and explore with Manufacturing and Supply communities solutions to re-optimize refineries for different configurations, in order to meet specification changes.
Develop new approaches to unit optimization through close working with manufacturing technology and operations.
Identify opportunities to maximize supply capability through integration of logistics between different refineries.
Implementation of new processes within the refinery and between refineries to meet supply demand.
Provide supply input into strategy and portfolio work with respect to new strategies and divestments / investments.
Provide manufacturing input into Product Management group on the respective competitive advantage associated with various product specifications.
Our coverage includes supplying to Oman, Pakistan, India, Mekong Cluster, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Pacific Island, Australia/NL, Vietnam and China

Requirements :
You must have a Degree
You need to have at least 10 years refinery experience, in both technology and economics / planning functions.
Strong ability to work with others and solve problems.
Adaptable at finding solutions within a rapidly changing environment.
Previous experience leading teams / complex project groups
Oil consulting or oil companies
