Our Client, a Multi National Holding Company focusing on Mining, urgently need:

Country Manager

(Jakarta Raya - Indonesia)

Requirements:

* Proven track record in the industry at the strategic level, especially in terms of business negotiations, networking, and representing the organization.
* Master‘s Degree (Business and/or Mining/Engineering Degree).
* At least 25 years in a senior management role within mining industry, of which a minimum of 5 years should be at Executive level.
* Broad knowledge of industry/regulatory codes and standards, Engineering Department Procedures, and project controls and design criteria in all engineering disciplines.
* Good existing network / relationship with business people, admin & ideally political level people, Stakeholder management.
* Very high reliability and credibility.
* Organizing ability.
* Cross Cultural sensitivity - Ability to work with a team from India and understand their approach and business need.
* Ability to identify and address business opportunities.
* Proficient in negotiation for dealing with client representatives.
* Fluent in English & Indonesian (native language).
