Project Manager (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

* Define, establish and implement IKM Testing business strategies and objectives
* Assist in tender preparation customer visits / presentations
* Define all operational requirements within company and verify that all actions are performed in accordance with procedures and deadlines
* Business planning including meeting objectives, goals, annual targets and budgets
* Prepare WIP statements for forecasts/actual for projects revenue and costs.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications

* Master or Bachelor Engineering Degree/ Master of Business Administration
* 10+ years experience from the Oil & Gas or Mining Industry
* 3+ years experience within a management role
* Caucasians with 1 year working experience in Asia are welcome

Ability to demonstrate significant technical ability / experience in 4 of the following core services;

* Cryogenic Nitrogen, LN2 Convertors, LN2 Tanks, Vaporisers
* Pipeline filling and Testing: Water pumps, filtration, hoses, chemical injection pumps, pigs, pressurize pumps and instrumentation.
* Chemical Cleaning, Hydraulic and Lube oil flushing: Boilers, heat exchanger, circulating pumps, filtration and instrumentation.
* Leak Detection: Mass spectrometers, vacuum pumps, calibration equipment, gas booster pump and ultrasonic leak detectors.
* Process pre-commissioning: Bolt tensioning/torquing, hydraulic wrenches and hydraulic air driven pumps.
* HP/UHP water jetting: Retro-jetting pumps, hoses, ancillaries on surface preparation for pipework and vessel cleaning.
