Requirements:
Having min 15 Years operating in the chemical, oil and gas related industry
Strong Safety and Environment awarness, and Proven leadership qualities
Ability to lead teams and individuals
Demonstrated commitment to company core values
Promote self as role model to others, and Personal motivation and self learning ability
Ability to give presentations
Effective communicator at all levels, fluent in english oral and written
Good knowldege in SAP System
Comprehensive in understanding diverse field operations activities
Ability in problem solving and decision making in process upsets
Ability to Mentor people, give feedback
Effective in Management of Major Emergency (MOME) team
Effective in controlling costs and managing budgets
