Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and directing field Marine and Logistical Supply Service Operations
Recommend and implement approved standard operation procedures and services guidelines
Assist with development of company’s business plan and operation strategy
Attending Pre-bid meetings, aid with tender preparation and submission, and attend tender openings
Coordinate project operations with HSE Department, Finance and Accounting Department, Marketing Department, and Security
Ability to detect problems in the field and take immediate corrective action
Produce daily, weekly and monthly operation reports

Requirements:
Male
Having minimum 10 years of progressively responsible operational experience, especially in Marine/Oil & Gas Company with a demonstrated record of success and effective performance
Proficiency in English both oral & written and computer literacy
Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team based environment within a heavily matrix organization
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong communication skills: oral, written, presentation, and influencing, plus the ability to communicate with a wide range of people
Solid strategic, analytical, and decision making skills
