Mission
Support the Project Manager to minimize the negative risk impacts and maximize the positive risks (opportunities) identified for the Project during the execution phase.

Tasks

The Process Engineer will be responsible for determining the optimum process route and preparing process design information taking into account all aspects of safety in design for their respective process units. Extensive background in system hydraulic design, conceptual design, process simulation, PFD and P&ID development, equipment design, sizing, specification, and selection, bid preparation, PHA/HAZOP review, operator training, plant start-up, troubleshooting, and performance testing
Provides engineering calculations for equipment sizing including hydraulic level specification, retention and settling times, PFD and P&ID development, complete heat and material balances, line sizing for all systems
Ensures process systems are designed and engineered to meet customer’s requirements in a technically efficient and commercially viable manner
Works closely with Project Managers assigned to the project to ensure that scope of supply and design parameters are clear and well defined
Works with the drafters to assure that the drafting requirements and design intent of the project are met

Mission
