We are a leading Engineering and Construction Company in Oil & Gas Plant development and have been operating in Indonesia. We would like to invite highly motivated and competent personnel to join MEGARON SEMESTA for the following positions with the required qualifications:

PIPING ENGINEER (PIG) (BASED IN BATAM) Post Date: 20 Oct 08
General Requirements:

* All applicants should be Graduate Engineers in one of the following disciplines with minimum 5 years experience in Engineering Development of On-Shore/Offshore Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
* All applicants should posses experience in Developing Design Basis, Specification/Equipment Data Sheet Generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculations using related software, Equipment Selection & Layout Study, review and approve Material Take Off (MTO), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Technical Bid Analysis (TBA).
* Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam.

Requirements:

* Experience in developing Equipment Plot Plan, Piping Layout Study, Vessels Nozzle orientation & Platform layout study, Isometrics check.

Job position: PDS Piping Specifications Writer - based in Germany

We are currently seeking a PDS Piping Specifications Writer for a 6 months contract position based in Germany.

Responsibilities
PDS Project set-up and customised in accordance with the specific requirements and applicable code.
Database Set-up for PMC (Piping Material Class) and PCD (Piping Commodity data) and assist in PDS customization before starting of 3D modeling work.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Min 8 years of piping desing experience in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry of which at least 5 years in PDS Administration/Coordination
Good knowledge of PCD and PMC
Available for work on short notice
