Having minimum 15 years operating in the chemical, oil, and gas related industry.

Requirements:
Having 5 years experience in Oil & Gas production facility operations or related operations with similar responsibilities.
Experience with FPSO/TLP/marine or other offshore facilities and the related operations processes and procedures.
Possesses a high degree of organizational skills and demonstrates skills in analyzing process data.
Operations background with sufficient knowledge of all areas of Oil & Gas processing facilities to provide an understanding of their impact on the facilities production
Is committed to the implementation of COPI safety, environmental and quality philosophies.
Demonstrates judgment/decision making based on cost/risk vs. potential operational gain.
Have good interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills.
Has the ability to accomplish goals in difficult and culturally diverse work environments.

Requirements:
Operations background with sufficient knowledge of all areas of Oil & Gas processing facilities to provide an understanding of their impact on the facilities production
Demonstrates judgment/decision making based on cost/risk vs. potential operational gain.

Have a intermediate knowledge level of the Oil & Gas Processing facilities on the Belanak facilities including the FPSO, FSO, Wellheads and pipeline systems
Possesses a high degree of organizational skills and demonstrates skills in planning, organization and implementation of maintenance programs.
