MB Century is a multi disciplinary oil & gas and geothermal contractor with onshore operations in Indonesia and various other overseas locations.
We are seeking a well organized, energetic and experienced person to fill these demanding management positions.

Production Services Manager

Qualifications:
Ø Fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia both oral & written.
Ø 10 years experienced in the same position, especially in Oil & Gas industry.
Ø Holding Engineering degree, preferably in Petroleum Engineering.

Purpose of Position:
Ø To develop and coordinate all activities relating to Company products and services in Indonesia and South East Asia
Ø To promote Company Production Services business in area,
Ø To build the Production Services business in such way that ensures that financial discipline and HSE are “cornerstone” elements of operations.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Ø To ensure all Production Services operations in South East Asia are conducted in accordance with the Company QHSE policy.
Ø Ensure opportunities are identified and keep portfolio of leads before tendering process.
Ø Maintain & develop network with international clients to increase both profitability and improve service for customers.
Ø Takes budget and profit /loss responsibility, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and other contract terms within South East Asia.
Ø Develop new Production Services type business.
